Mobile Applications for Stakeholders

CONCOR has implemented following two mobile applications for external stakeholders (public) and brief description of each app is as follows :

“e-Logistic” Mobile App. : CONCOR is developing an Integrated Mobile Application for its Customers and Service Providers for disseminating information about their cargo and allowing them online transactions through Mobile Application. This customer friendly mobile application will be released in phased manner and will be available on both iOS & Android Platform.

In the common single digital platform of mobile application, the requirement of customer and the service of the service provider shall come together which help for better 'Customer Value Creation'. Panel of service providers for each activity such as transportation, cargo handling shall be provided on this digital platform who shall compete with each other for providing the services to customer. By using this mobile application customers can make transactions for Export and Import related activities without visiting CONCOR's terminal and they will have “Continuous Cargo Visibility” by knowing the location of their container which will save their precious time and cost.

The first version for this mobile application which include the information about Customer's billing related information, container information, booking, Inland Way Bill (IWB) information, Customer's Pre-deposit Accounts (PDA) information and many other information has already been released and can be downloaded from App Store / Google Play Store / CONCOR Website.

“CHAT BASED GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - EMPLOYEE (GMS-Emp) CONCOR” CONCOR has designed and developed a Mobile Application as a customer friendly initiative for ease of doing business. This application is available on both iOS & Android platforms and can be downloaded on App Store / Play Store.

You can enter the grievance details (precise and brief) and select the CO/RO/Terminal for which the grievance has to be routed. You can also view resolution or check the status of the raised grievance. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of the Grievance, Click on Grievance to get into Grievance chat window.
